Construction Costs: $670,000

Project Scope: Renovation of existing 3 level 100,000 sf store. Client reestablishing themselves in a previously vacated space with a new store layout & design philosophy. Project was fast tracked & required demolition, new layout, patching of existing walls & ceilings & expansion into unused storage areas. Epic provided a “cost not to exceed” bid and worked on a cost plus basis. Final costs were under budget which allowed client to refinish 2 floors with new ceiling tile completely which was not in original plan
