Project Scope: The renovation, completed in two phases, transformed all three levels of the store. It improved the flow, added new finishes, and upgraded services.

Phase one, finished in late 2015, involved full renovations of the lower and upper levels. Both floors received updates to flooring, lighting, and fitting rooms. On the lower level, Epic Interiors refreshed and reorganized the men’s department, including activewear, to accommodate several new brands.

The women’s department moved from the lower level to the upper level. This expansion allowed it to join the dresses department, which nearly doubled in size.

Phase two focused on the store’s main floor. Epic Interiors expanded the ladies’ shoes, cosmetics, and jewelry departments to introduce new brands. The shoe department grew by more than 5,000 square feet, reaching 14,600 square feet. Cosmetics expanded to over 10,000 square feet, and jewelry doubled in size to 4,500 square feet.

Epic Interiors managed preconstruction services, coordinated, and scheduled the phased demolition and renovation of 180,000 square feet while the L&T CT flagship store remained open. To maintain the tight schedule, Epic Interiors supplied and installed millwork from its own shop. They also installed new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new dressing rooms, private shopping areas, and lavatories. Imported Italian marble floors were placed throughout the store, and specialty boutique lighting was sourced for the project. Additionally, Epic Interiors removed old kiosks and installed new ones to support brands such as Estee Lauder, Bvlgari, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Lancome, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Bobbi Brown, Dior, Kiehl’s, Elizabeth Arden, and many others.
