Project scope: Residences at Palmer Square is a luxury townhome and multi-unit housing facility located in the heart of Princeton, New Jersey.  The site itself is a very tight city location with very strict noise and construction controls. 

The development included 17 Townhomes and 83 units spread out in 7 multi-unit buildings.  The buildings use cold formed metal framed load bearing interior and exterior wall construction; all of this engineered and installed under Epic Interiors’ contract along with 1.5 million sf of gypsum walls and ceiling.
