Project scope: Julian Street Library is a multimedia library offering 11 computer workstations with multimedia software, a recording studio, and an equipment lending program. Interior demolition of all finishes & MEP Systems. Aggressive schedule of renovation to match the constant use of the Facility and keep downtime to a minimum.
Reconfiguration of the space, new finishes and MEP Systems led to an open and interactive area for students to congregate in a casual environment.
Field Measurements of existing building space prior to demolition to allow for the design and fabrication of the specialty metal ceiling system by Linduer (Manufactured in Germany); Specialty sound walls and Audio Rooms; Open banquet style seating custom built for this project by Epic‘s Millwork Division; Award and coordination of all Subcontractors (MEP, flooring, etc.) by Epic Interiors.
