Project scope: Rutgers Business School’s programs in Newark and New Brunswick consolidated to a new 18 story structure at 1 Washington Park, Newark.  Work involved a new 20,000 sf, 2-story addition and 80,000 sf gut renovation in Floors 1-5 and 9-11 in an operating building. The building is adjacent to the historic Newark Public Library.  

Logistics of the occupied building, the green roof on the new addition, the restaurant with full service kitchen and lecture halls featuring auditorium seating were a few of the key highlights.
