Project scope: The Prudential Center is the cornerstone in the revitalization and renaissance of downtown Newark. It is New Jersey’s home for hockey, college basketball, indoor soccer, concerts, family shows and special events. A public/private partnership between the City of Newark and Devils Arena Entertainment made the $375 million, 18,000 seat Prudential Center a reality. The program includes: 

• Two club lounges, a goal bar, terrace area, a 350 seat    gourmet restaurant and    private players/VIP lounge. 

• A total of 76 Luxury Suites, 2 Event Suites 

In just twelve months on site, Epic Interiors installed 2.5 million sf of drywall and 300,000 sf of acoustical ceilings. 

Epic’s scope included work at the main area, and practice facility (resulting in duplicate “back of house” facilities), administrative offices and parking garage and managing three other trade contractors/vendors.
