Project scope: Originally constructed in 1928 as a movie house, the facility was undersized for modern theatrical use particularly in the areas of the lobby, front house, stage support and other back-of-house spaces.

Epic Interiors worked closely with the design team to create a phased master plan that first included historic preservation components, complete electrical, mechanical, seating, lighting and audio upgrades.  A subsequent phase involved the renovation and construction of new dressing rooms, costume shop, green room, rehearsal room and administrative offices. A final phase included a lobby expansion, rest rooms, and a new exterior plaza.
